• Mode of Payment for Winning Users

  1. Minimum Payout Threshold:

  • The minimum winning balance required to initiate a withdrawal is ₹ 1,000.
  • Once a user’s winnings exceed ₹ 1,000, the payment shall be processed for the previous month’s winnings.

  2. Payment Release Timeline

  • Payments will be released on the 15th of every month for the winnings accrued in the previous month.
  • If the 15th falls on a weekend or a national holiday, the payment will be processed on the next working day.

• Prohibited Activities

  You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
  • Using any automated system to access the Service.
  • Attempting to interfere with the Service’s security features.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to manipulate the Service for unauthorized gains.
  • Transmitting malicious software or engaging in any activity that disrupts the functionality of the Service.

• Intellectual Property

  All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of KhelCash.com and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• Termination

  We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
